Do you live near Luton and fancy playing the ukulele with other people?

Whether you are a complete beginner, a casual strummer, or someone with a ukulele tucked away in a cupboard, you would be very welcome at the Luton Ukimaniacs.

We are a friendly local group who meet to play, sing, and have a laugh together. You do not need to read music, and you do not need to think of yourself as “musical”. Just come along and join in.

We meet at The Bricklayers Arms on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

If you are a complete beginner and are not sure whether it is for you, drop us a line before you come and we can bring a spare ukulele for you to try.

Some members come every session, while others come when they can. There is no commitment to attend every time.

You may also see kazoos, a U-bass, a cajón, and other assorted percussion. We are pretty flexible like that.

There is no upper age limit. Everyone is welcome, although we do ask that children are not brought unaccompanied, as this is an adult group.
